All orders are shipped by Slovak Post from Slovakia, Europe. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days. We are currently shipping only to countries in European Union.

Lost Packages / Incorrect Address
Once orders are picked up by Slovakpost, Kardistic cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees that may occur. Sometimes depending on the country and the amount of your order you may have a customs charge upon delivery.
We do not issue any refunds for shipping or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
If you would like to return part or all of your order, and it is within 15 days of receiving your package, we will happily give you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We cannot issue refunds for shipping charges. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
